Communities, colleges, and parishes across Assam, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh gathered in joyful prayer to honor our holy founder.
The Claretian family of the Province of Northeast India commemorated the Feast of St. Anthony Mary Claret with solemn Eucharistic celebrations, youth rallies, and outreach to local communities. At the Provincial House (Claret Villa, Mawlai, Shillong), the concelebrated Holy Mass reflected on the missionary fire that ignited St. Anthony Mary Claret in 1849. Father Provincial exhorted the confreres, students, and collaborators to continue being "missionaries of hope" amidst the cultural and social realities of Northeast India.Celebrations were also held at Saint Claret College, Ziro (Arunachal Pradesh), where students and faculty presented cultural expressions of missionary courage, and at St. Claret School Ampati (Meghalaya), with a special blessing for rural educators.
